Delivery Time
Norway
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed.
All shipments are sent with tracked shipping.
International (Europe, USA, Rest of the World)
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Note:
All NioDsign products are made to order. Production begins once your order is placed.
The total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Norway
Free shipping on orders over 1200 NOK/107,5Euro/123USD/93GBP.
International Orders
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Norway:
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
• These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• Charges vary depending on the destination country.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Delays and Lost Packages
Delivery Delays
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at:

Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive either:
• A replacement order, or
• A full refund
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
NioDsign cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
